Bumps, Bruises and Body Aches, Body Oil

Made first as a body ache reducer, this formulation is also an amazing minor bruise and swelling reducer. Best when applied as soon as possible after an injury.

If bruising is already present, this oil will still aid in the healing process.

To amplify the results, apply oil after a shower or bath. Our skin is like a sponge. Hydrating our skin beforehand allows it to best absorb this oil's alchemy. Applying to damp skin that isn't fully towel dried is best.

This oil has been very helpful for relief of headaches. Use a finger tip to apply oil to headache acupressure points and then may apply gentle pressure to each point to activate them. I use it as a first aid go to for bug bites/stings, sprains/strains, etc.
