A Sound Alchemy Session incorporates the use of Quartz Singing Bowls and a variety of percussion and woodwind instruments for an individually designed Sound Healing experience. This sound bath will transcend and entrain your brain into a deep Alpha wave state before transitioning into the deeply relaxing Theda brain wave state. The resonance of the sound frequencies elevates your body's energetic resonance.  Our body quickly synchronizes with the sound wave frequencies, creating a sensation of becoming one with the sounds.  Sound Healing is beneficial for stress and melancholia.
